Working principle
Put the can on the sealing barrel tray, jack up the sealing barrel and press the vacuum chamber through the
cylinder at the bottom, open the vacuum valve, and pump out the air in the vacuum chamber and the sealing
barrel, then open the nitrogen valve, fill with nitrogen. When the nitrogen concentration reaches the set value, the tray cylinder at the bottom starts working to
make the can and lid work with the seaming chuck and drive the sealing head to rotate through the turbo
reducer and the synchronous belt. At the same time, the first and second sealing rollers cooperate with the seaming chuck to complete the
sealing process of a can. Then the tray and the sealing barrel are lowered with the can to complete a sealing
process of vacuuming and nitrogen filling.
